Justin Nolan - Partner
B.Bus., CPA, JP (Qual.)
Justin attended St Mary’s School Warwick, Assumption College and Warwick State High School. He received his Bachelor of Business from the University of Southern Queensland in 1991. Justin is a Registered Tax Agent, Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), Public Practice Certificate Holder and Commissioner of Declarations.
He commenced his working life in 1990, working as an accountant for Thomas & Harley (Gengos Barlow) where he gained ten years’ experience. He then worked for two years for T.N. Brown & Co before becoming a Partner of BNW Accountants in 2001.
Justin is married to Leanne and has two children, Brianna and Hayden.
Wayne Watt - Partner
B.Bus., CPA, JP (Qual.)
Wayne was born on a rural property in Freestone, ten minutes from Warwick and went to primary school in Freestone. He attended Assumption College and Warwick High School for his secondary schooling. He received his Bachelor of Business from the University of Southern Queensland. Wayne is a Registered Tax Agent, Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), Public Practice certificate holder, SMSF Auditor and a Justice of Peace (Qualified).
In 1993, he commenced working as the Business Manager of Peter Stewart Ford. After five years there, he then spent three years working as a tax accountant for TN Brown & Co. In 2000, he became a Partner of BNW Accountants.
Wayne is married to Lisa with three boys. When not at work, he enjoys golf and tennis. He is involved in various community activities, and is currently the Treasurer of the Warwick Boxing Club Inc and the Warwick Golf Club.
Pauline Webb - Accountant
B.Comm., CPA
Pauline was born in Toowoomba and went to primary school at Toowoomba East State School and high school at Toowoomba State High School. She received her Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Southern Queensland. She received High Distinctions in CPA Program Reporting and Professional Practice and Taxation Corporate Governance.
She joined BNW Accountants as a tax accountant in January 2006. Prior to this, she worked in finance in the not-for-profit sector, primary health care.
Kirstie Cruice - Accountant
B.Comm., JP (Qual.)
Kirstie was born and raised in Warwick. She attended primary school at St Mary’s and high school at Assumption College. She completed her Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Accounting and a minor in Small Business and Human Resources Management in 2014 at the University of Southern Queensland.
Kirstie joined BNW Accountants in 2011 as a trainee accountant in her first year of University.
Teresa Campbell
Bookkeeper; Assistant Accountant
Teresa was born and raised in Warwick and after graduating from Warwick State High School started working at Thomas & Harley (Barlows Accountants). After working there for eight and a half years, she joined the team at BNW Accountants in 2000.
Mary Hockings
Administration Officer, JP (Qual.)
Mary was born and raised in Boonah and after marrying, moved over the Gap to Warwick, raising her family here.
Mary joined BNW Accountants in 2015 as a Receptionist and is now the practice Administration Officer.
Kellie McCullough
Bookkeeper; Assistant Accountant
Kellie has lived in the Millmerran district all her life. After completing high school at Pittsworth State High School in 1992, she worked for a local accounting firm in Millmerran before joining BNW Accountants in 2009 as an assistant accountant and bookkeeper. She also assists clients with computerized accounting enquiries on various accounting software.
When not at work, Kellie enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, and going to concerts. She’s involved in her local community, volunteering for the Millmerran Show Society and Australian Camp Oven Festival Millmerran.
Rhys Farrell
Trainee Accountant
Rhys was born in Toowoomba and attended primary school at St Mary’s Warwick and secondary school at Assumption College Warwick. He is currently near the completion of studying a Bachelor of Business and Commerce majoring in Accounting and minoring in Human Resources Management at the University of Southern Queensland.
He joined BNW Accountants toward the end of 2015 whilst at school and has been working part time ever since due to study commitments.
