Justin Nolan - Partner
B.Bus., CPA, JP (Qual.)
Justin attended St Mary’s School Warwick, Assumption College and Warwick State High School. He received his Bachelor of Business from the University of Southern Queensland in 1991. Justin is a Registered Tax Agent, Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), Public Practice Certificate Holder and Commissioner of Declarations.
He commenced his working life in 1990, working as an accountant for Thomas & Harley (Gengos Barlow) where he gained ten years’ experience. He then worked for two years for T.N. Brown & Co before becoming a Partner of BNW Accountants in 2001.
Justin is married to Leanne and has two children, Brianna and Hayden.
Justin is currently president of Warwick Touch Football Association and a run director of Warwick Parkrun.
Wayne Gregory Watt - Partner
B.Bus., CPA, JP (Qual.)
Wayne was born on a rural property in Freestone, ten minutes from Warwick and went to primary school in Freestone. He attended Assumption College and Warwick High School for his secondary schooling. He received his Bachelor of Business from the University of Southern Queensland. Wayne is a Registered Tax Agent, Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), Public Practice certificate holder, SMSF Auditor and a Justice of Peace (Qualified).
In 1993, he commenced working as the Business Manager of Peter Stewart Ford. After five years there, he then spent three years working as a tax accountant for TN Brown & Co. In 2000, he became a Partner of BNW Accountants.
Wayne is married to Lisa with three boys. When not at work, he enjoys golf and tennis. He is involved in various community activities, and is currently the President of Warwick Junior Golf and Treasurer of the Warwick Boxing Club Inc.
Pauline Webb - Accountant
Pauline was born in Toowoomba and went to primary school at Toowoomba East State School and high school at Toowoomba State High School. She received her Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Southern Queensland. She received High Distinctions in CPA Program Reporting and Professional Practice and Taxation Corporate Governance.
She joined BNW Accountants as a tax accountant in January 2006. Prior to this, she worked in finance in the not-for-profit sector, primary health care.
Duncan Cameron - Accountant & Auditor
M.P.A., B.Rur.Sc (Hons)
Duncan was born and raised at Dalveen on a cattle property. Schooled locally, he received a Bachelor of Rural Science (Honours) at the University of New England, Armidale and a Masters of Professional Accounting at the University of Southern Queensland.
After working in both the public and private employment, in 2008 he began working for BNW Accountants. He currently assists auditing of non-for-profit associations, as well as completing personal and partnership taxation.
Duncan still has the family property in Dalveen, with wife Sharon and three children. He is involved in the community as the Second Officer, Dalveen Rural Fire Brigade.
Kirstie Cruice - Accountant
B.Comm., JP (Qual.)
Kirstie was born in Warwick and attended primary school at St Mary’s and high school at Assumption College, both in Warwick. She completed her Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Accounting and a minor in Small Business and Human Resources Management in 2014 at the University of Southern Queensland.
Kirstie joined BNW Accountants in 2011 as a trainee accountant in her first year of University.
Shiri Sinton - Bookkeeper & Assistant Accountant
Diploma of Business Accounting
Shiri has lived in the Allora district since 1978 where she is involved in a farming partnership. She completed her Diploma in Business Accounting with the Southern Queensland Institute of TAFE in 2001.
In 2002, she began working with BNW Accountants (then known as Brown Nolan & Watt) as an assistant accountant and bookkeeper. Shiri assists clients with computerized accounting enquiries on various accounting software, ELS lodgement of income tax returns, payroll and administration duties.
Bookkeeper & Assistant Accountant
Kellie has lived in the Millmerran district all her life. After completing high school at Pittsworth State High School in 1992, she worked for a local accounting firm in Millmerran before joining BNW Accountants in 2009 as an assistant accountant and bookkeeper. She also assists clients with computerized accounting enquiries on various accounting software.
When not at work, Kellie enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, and going to concerts. She’s involved in her local community, volunteering for the Millmerran Show Society and Australian Camp Oven Festival Millmerran.
Administration Officer & Receptionist, JP (Qual.)
Mary was born and raised in Boonah and in 1997, after marrying, moved over the Gap to Warwick, raising her family here.
Mary has worked various part-time reception/admin positions in Warwick and as her children grew and it came time to go back to full time work she joined BNW Accountants as a receptionist/admin officer. She has been with us since 2015 and is now also a qualified Justice of the Peace.
